Lebo has 18 years of investment experience. Lebo joined Abax as Deputy CEO in 2025. Prior to this, he served as Joint Deputy CIO at Alexforbes Investments, with a focus on alternative asset classes. The majority of his career was spent as a manager research analyst at Brait Solutions and Alexforbes Investments, where he later became Head of Manager Research. He has also served as a non-executive director for the Southern Africa Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (SAVCA).
